If you’re having trouble signing in, there is an option to reset your password on the sign in screen.
Where is my order?
Your order status can be checked at any time within your account. You will receive an email when your order has been despatched and details of our delivery timings can be found here.
Can I cancel or change my order?
In most circumstances it is not possible to change your order once you’ve placed it. We endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to change or cancel your order please contact us on 01604 790982 between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Our friendly customer services team will be able to advise you depending on the current order status.

How do I contact you?
My item is faulty
If your item is faulty, please check our warranty information or contact our customer services department by email: email@example.com or call us on 01604 790982 between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. They will be able to advise you further based on the product type and arrange collection, repair or replacement where applicable.
I need some more information on a product

Can I order an item which is showing as out of stock?
Our stock is updated live on our website, but please feel free to contact us with the part number. If we have a delivery date we may be able to take your order and deliver it as soon as we have it back in stock.
What’s your returns policy?
